Who are we
The Self Build Homes Club llc is an international club, it was set up
by a number of existing organizations and was able to draw upon many years
of experience. Amongst these were New Atlantis a non profit company in
the UK, dedicated to improving the quality of peoples lives and another
UK company the Property Pension Club, that you may be familiar with if
you have had an interest in using property for a pension or in buy
to let.
In order to be able to provide a quality service to members
internationally, we use an arrangement of a commissioner and commissioned
service providers. This gives the club the opportunity to operate over a
wider area as well as scalability to meet your needs. It gives the
members local administration contacts, with subscriptions collected in
pounds, and through a local consultant a very personal service. You will
not even notice the international aspect until you want to develop a holiday
home outside the UK.
The club has no profit motive beyond being able to
meet its objectives and to be able to provide a secure long term service
to its members.
It receives no introductory or other commissions
from anyone, its entire income comes from member subscriptions.

The resources
of not only an international organization, we can draw upon the resources
of several other clubs as well.
As a club we also benefit from members involvement,
and the close working arrangements we have with other clubs.
We seek to help each person to meet their
dreams individually, helping them understand and allowing to
make their own decisions.
We would suggest we offer the most
independent help that is available to you.
